I got the missing sparks on login today.
Can confirm-- this was the result of a restoration process that we completed with maintenance today.
Antiman:I got 2 I was missing on my DH, yet I also got 2 I was not missing on my druid.
In rare cases, we overcompensated. There is now a background process running that will catch where players might have been given extra sparks and remove them.
